I recently had the pleasure of working with Red One Plumbing, and I must say, they are truly a gem when it comes to finding a good plumber in Houston. The technician who performed the job was absolutely fantastic, and I cannot speak highly enough about his skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.First and foremost, he was able to quickly and efficiently repair my main water shut off valve, which was causing me a lot of stress and anxiety.

He explained the issue to me in detail and walked me through the entire repair process, ensuring that I understood everything that was going on.In addition, he also flushed my water heater and conducted a thorough whole house plumbing inspection, identifying and fixing a few other minor issues along the way. And to top it all off, he even replaced my garbage disposal, which had been giving me trouble for months.

Throughout the entire process, the technician was friendly, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and provided valuable advice on how to maintain my plumbing system going forward.Overall, I cannot recommend Red One Plumbing enough, and I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to the technician for his outstanding work. Roberto with Red One Plumbing was extremely professional and knowledgeable in his craft. He took the time out of his already busy schedule and was able to squeeze me in after a hard freeze.I would recommend Roberto and his team for any plumbing jobs you may need. Rest assured he will treat your home like it was his, cleaned up and replaced all items he moved in the house, and even used shoe covers when entering. Thanks again Roberto!!

This was an after hour work. We had detected a water leak and needed a plumber urgently. Reached out to Robert and he was responsive and came out to help within 30min. He was extremely polite gentleman. He identified the issue right away and fixed it. He did not rush into the job even though it was 10pm at night. The price was was also extremely reasonable. I highly recommend red one plumbing. Very professional and skilled. Thanks again for the help.

I hired Red One Plumbing to install a new water heater.  The two gentlemen that came to the house were on-time, very thorough, extremely careful about cleanup and protecting the house from damage or water, and they did an excellent job.  The price was also approximately half of what other plumbers in the area quoted.  I would highly recommend them and will certainly hire them any time I need plumbing work done in the future.
